Processing enquiry data

The form stores your name, phone number, task description, stated budget, selected tasks and user type. Technical enquiries also store the selected model, workload and hardware configuration. We use these details to prepare a response and quotation.

By clicking “Get a quotation” and checking the consent box, you permit processing of the listed details to contact you about your enquiry. Enquiries are saved in the website database. Submitting the form does not place an order or confirm the equipment price.

Alena, the website’s AI consultant, processes messages using a cloud AI service. Your question, recent conversation messages and page context are sent to that service to prepare a response. Consultant conversations are not stored in the enquiry database. Your browser keeps the history in the current tab so you can continue across pages; “Start a new conversation” removes it from the tab.

Provide only what is needed for system selection. Private repositories, passwords, access keys and personal documents are not required in the form or chat. Transfer of materials for testing is agreed separately.
